Do those sites all have descriptions of the exercises they recommend? Are they all heavily dependent on equipment?
I have down the first two months (of three) of shortcut to size and it works. More emphasis on free weights...

semester finished and I may or may not be about to...
I have finished for the semester and for the past year I have been in full time study so I am celebrating! 43 credit hours with (an assumed- one more class to report in) 4.0 GPA in a year. Note; the usual full-time student workload is 24 credit hours per year (no summer semester) so I think I am rightfully pretty proud of myself and of Ron for putting up with me rarrrr, I am Arthur hear me roar...

To trim or not to trim? that is the question.
I have been toying with the idea of heavily trimming my beard lately. By a heavy trim I mean taking the length down to about an inch. What do you think, yay or nay?
