The ‘Panda’ AE86

This legendary wee Toyota has cult status in Japan after being the feature car in the bad-ass anime series Initial D. And hell who doesn’t want a wicked little front-engine/rear-wheel drive whip with a plethora of after-market add-ons and power-ups that seem designed to rip tyres, roads, and passengers apart.

So much fun were these little cars that Toyota/Scion and Subaru have teamed up to release a modern small displacement front engine/rear-wheel drive excitement machine; the Scion FR-S and the Subaru BRZ respectively (i’m siding with the Subaru on this one).
